Executive Chef John "JW" Cox is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A) and has over 15 years of experience as head chef. Each one of our dishes is designed and implemented by JW to offer our guests an affordable, delicious, and creative dining experience. John and our management staff appreciate your feedback and you will see them traveling from table to table visiting with guests during dining hours.
In a never-ending quest to enhance your dining experience, we ask that all of our guests provide us with any opinions. Maybe you would prepare something a little differently, maybe you would like to see favorite dish as a special, or maybe you would change a sauce or a side dish, your valued input helps create our menu.
